1080p HD with 5.1 surround sound - It has been announced that a selection of movies and TV shows on Zune Video will not only be in highest video quality and 5.1 surround sound but, you can stream it directly through Xbox Live without any downloading or waiting required.

Movie Parties - Movies and TV shows from Netflix will be able to be watched with friends over Xbox Live.

Avatar Marketplace - Xbox has announced a new Avatar Marketplace that will have premium items, interactive props, game styles, and items from games too. Gamers will be also able to earn new clothing by playing games.

Music Game Stores - A new marketplace will be exclusive to Rock Band, Guitar Hero, and Lips.

Xbox Live Marketplace (XBLM)

The Xbox Live Marketplace (XBLM) is a virtual market designed for Microsoft's Xbox 360 console that allows Xbox Live members to download purchased or promotional content. Take a trip to Xbox LIVE Marketplace and download HD movies, games and loads more to enjoy together on your Xbox console.

The service offers movie and game trailers, Video Store, game demos, Xbox Live Arcade games, Xbox Live Community Games, Xbox Originals, downloadable content such as map packs, gamer pictures, and Xbox 360 Dashboard themes.
